FHA has set up computer and English training centers to train people in skills needed to cope with the needs brought by the increasingly open market and modernization of China and to keep in touch with the outside world. FHA hopes to recruit people to join its teaching team for long-term or short-term service.

Funding requirement for each of these community projects ranges from HK$ 50,000 to HK$ 200,000.
