	Financial Support for Needy Pastors For the worker deserves his wages(Luke 10.7)
	There is a great and urgent need to help pastors in China by relieving their financial burden so that they can focus on their service. Despite the exponential growth of the number of believers in China over the past decade, churches in many remote and poor areas are still unable to pay any salary or just a meager remuneration to their pastors. Most pastors have to farm in order to eke out a living or their spouses must work for some extra income, resulting in insufficient shepherding of the believers.

	Financial hardship One of the Fountainhead Association(FHA)’s objectives is to help China’s churches to grow. Our “needy minister fund” assists the churches to provide reasonable salary to pastors so that they will not be weighed down by financial hardship, which in turn affects their service. This scheme gives each needy pastor HK$300 a month. For the year 2005, FHA aims at providing financial support to over 30 pastors and our total budget is HK$ 130,800. Help us to meet this target and the pastors to give their best to the Lord!
